Starting with 2006, as part of a larger team of specialists, I have participated and been involved on a daily basis in providing legal assistance and support for the launch by Telekom of Dolce TV retransmission business and, later on, I continued by ensuring legal assistance for the launch of Telekom’s own TV Channel, Dolce Sport. From the launch of Dolce Sport and up to this very moment, I have continued to provide legal support and assistance in respect of all day to day business for the running of Dolce Sport channel.

I managed a variety of legal aspects regarding the broadcasting of sports competitions. A great effort I have spent on the legal support offered during the sale bidding process organized by the rights’ holders, the negotiations of the licensing agreements with the owners of the media rights and, upon the case, the structuring and implementation of partnership agreements for the joint purchase of the rights with a focus on assessing the impact of such partnerships on the rules of free competition. Among the most challenging assignments I managed in this field, I mention two consecutive bidding procedures launched by UEFA for the sale of the media rights for UEFA Champions League and Europa League and two consecutive bidding procurement processes organized for the sale of the media rights to broadcast football matches played in the internal football championship.
