Partnerships / Joint Ventures

In a changing and evolving economic environment, companies make alliances and partner up in order to overpass competition and come forward with an improved offer of goods and services. Partnerships are most common in technology markets where companies jointly develop and/or sell products as well as in markets where the request for integrated services and products is high and it is not possible for one and the same company to offer integrated solutions.

I have drafted and negotiated various types of partnership agreements, either to jointly participate to tenders or to develop and/or sale certain products and services, to jointly procure goods/services (such as joint procurement of TV rights, partnerships for strengthening the purchase position of the parties in front of big suppliers by putting together large volumes) and co-brand clients’ goods/services.
